2. PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
We process different categories of personal data depending on how you interact with our website:
A. Contact Requests (Email Client):
When users choose to contact us, the website opens the user's default email client through a "mailto:" function. The website does not collect, route, or store contact form submissions on its servers. Through this direct email interaction, we process the personal data voluntarily provided by the sender (such as first and last name, email address, organization name, and any information spontaneously included in the body of the message).
B. Navigation and Statistical Data (Google Analytics 4):
IP address information processed by Google Analytics 4 with privacy safeguards enabled, approximate geographic location (country/city), device type, browser specifications, and interactions with the pages. We also utilize local consent tokens stored directly on your device to remember your privacy choices.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Responding to user requests: Processing spontaneous inquiries, info requests, or partnerships sent via email.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in responding to requests received from users. - Statistical Analysis: Aggregating traffic metrics via Google Analytics 4 to monitor website performance and stability.
Legal Basis: Your explicit, granular, and voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) provided via our tracking preferences banner.
4. DATA RETENTION
Data processing is carried out using secure IT tools, adhering to the principle of data minimization:
- Contact Emails: Unless a subsequent commercial or contractual relationship is established, emails received will be securely archived or deleted within 12 months of the request's resolution.
- Statistical Data (GA4): User and event data transmitted to Google Analytics 4 are subject to a strict retention period capped at a maximum of 14 months, after which they are automatically deleted by the system.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
For statistical tracking, the website utilizes Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services provided by Google LLC. For international data transfers, Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate data protection safeguards.
6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
At any time, you have the right to exercise the rights provided by Articles 15 and following of the GDPR, including accessing your data, requesting rectification, demanding deletion (right to be forgotten), limiting or objecting to the processing, or lodging a formal complaint with a competent Data Protection Authority.
7. COOKIE AND TRACKING POLICY
This website uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies to manage user preferences, ensure compliance with privacy requirements, and gather aggregated statistics where consent has been provided.
A. Strictly Necessary Technical Storage (Always Active)
We utilize a local token saved in your browser's localStorage named cookie_consent. Its sole purpose is to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytical tracking. This storage mechanism is not used to identify users or create profiles. Because this is a strictly necessary technical feature to manage GDPR compliance, it does not track personal behavior, requires no prior consent, and remains active to guarantee site functionalities.
B. Statistical & Analytical Storage (Google Analytics 4)
We implement Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager under a strict prior-blocking setup. If you click "Reject", no Google Analytics cookies or analytical tracking identifiers will be stored on your device. Our architecture guarantees that:
- Google Signals is Deactivated: We do not collect cross-device user behaviors or connect navigation profiles to personal Google Accounts.
- Data Sharing is Disabled: Google Analytics data sharing settings have been configured to prevent the use of collected data for additional Google product improvement and advertising purposes.
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes users for aggregated statistical analysis. | 2 years |
| _ga_FVDJH403BN | Google Analytics | Maintains and persists session state configuration. | 2 years |

Consent Revocation:
Withdrawing consent is completely reversible. You can click at any time on the"Cookie Preferences" button located in our website footer to wipe your choices and reconfigure your privacy preferences from scratch. After resetting your preferences, you will be asked to provide a new consent choice.
